  • Finalize floor plan design
  • Lot walk and house placement sign off

4. DELIVERING THE BUILD

  • Five required onsite meetings
  • Final walk through

5. WARRANTY

  • 45 day check-in
  • 1 year check-in

Your Personal Designer

We know that making a house feel like home is all in the details. Work with our in-house architecural design coordinator to custom design everythig from blueprints to finishing touches. 

Design Process

Want to design a floor plan that’s as unique as you are? Our in-house architectural designer is ready to bring your dreams to life. Here’s how it works:

1. INITIAL CLIENT MEETING

  • Get to know each other
  • Vision cast for new home
  • Discuss budget
  • Explain next steps

2. INITIAL DESIGN MEETING

  • Preliminary design fee due before meeting 
  • Meet with design coordinator to view inspirational photos and discuss layout needs and wish lists
  • Next steps: 2+ weeks for design communication and then 2+ weeks for design completion. 
  • First design draft delivered approximately one month after initial meeting.

3. ENGINEERING

  • Plans sent to engineering vendor
  • Begin selections meetings
  • This process takes 4+ weeks

4. PERMITTING

  • Obtain all permits
  • Finalize selections
  • This process takes 4+ weeks

5. GROUND BREAKING

  • Construction begins
  • Framing phase is the final point for selections to be decided

6. DELIVERING THE BUILD

  • Five required onsite meetings
  • Final walk through

7. WARRANTY

  • 45 day check-in
  • 1 year check-in
